- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. The Free plan is $0 with no card required, and the approval gate is on by default — outward actions become proposals that wait for your sign-off. Start free and grant more autonomy only as the agent earns it.
- What’s the difference between the plans?
- Every plan includes the full governed agent — the approval gate, the write-only vault, Swiss data storage, model tracks, memory, and the audit trail. Higher tiers add seats and document storage: Free (1 seat, 250 MB), Solo (1 seat, 1 GB), Founder (1 seat, 5 GB), Team (5 seats, 50 GB). Scale is sized in conversation and starts at 50 seats and 500 GB.
- What is the difference between Solo and Founder?
- Nothing about how the agent is governed — the gate, the vault, Swiss storage, and the audit trail are identical. Solo is $20/mo with 1 GB of document storage, for one person using the agent day to day; Founder is $99/mo with 5 GB, for a solo operator delegating enough work that documents pile up.
- Why does Scale not have a price?
- Because the number depends on the answer to questions we would rather ask than guess — how many seats, how much storage, which of your own tools the agent onboards, and what your approval policy has to look like. Email hello@monopea.com and we will size it with you.
- Are there per-action or usage fees?
- No per-action surprises. Pricing is a simple monthly plan based on seats and storage — not metered by how many proposals the agent drafts or how many approvals you grant.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. Plans are month to month — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Your memory, your vault entries, your connected tools, and your audit trail stay yours.
