Do I have to tell it to remember things?

No. Memory is written as the work happens and read before every turn — there is no “remember” button to press.

What do the A–D grades mean?

How well-supported a claim is by the evidence behind it, so you can tell a sourced fact from a weak inference.

Where is my data kept?

Stored in Switzerland. Processed in the EU. Conversations, memory, documents and encrypted secrets are stored in Zurich; on the Swiss model track, inference stays in Switzerland too.
