Terms of Service

Last updated 3 September 2026

Plain language, and no clause here describes something the product does not do. Read alongside the Privacy Policy, which covers what happens to your data.

Written in plain language by the team that built the product, and describing only mechanisms the product actually has. It has not yet been reviewed by outside counsel; if that matters for your procurement, say so and we will tell you where the review stands.

1.What you are agreeing to

These terms govern your use of Monopea (“the service”), operated by InteriMed. By creating a workspace you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

Monopea is software that runs an AI agent inside a workspace you control. The agent reads what you give it, works in your files, and drafts actions. It is a tool you direct — not an employee, not an adviser, and not a substitute for professional judgement in law, medicine, accounting, or anything else that matters.

2.Your content stays yours

Everything you put into a workspace — documents, spreadsheets, decks, mail, calendar entries, transcripts, memory and the knowledge graph built from them — remains yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you: to store it, process it, and pass the parts a turn needs to the model providers you have selected.

We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train models.

You are responsible for what you put in. Do not upload material you have no right to, and do not use the service to break the law or someone else’s rights.

3.What the agent may do without asking

The agent reads freely inside your workspace. Anything that changes something outside it — sending, publishing, inviting, transferring, deleting beyond the workspace — is drafted as a proposal and waits for a human to approve it. That gate is a property of the architecture, not a setting we ask you to trust.

You can grant narrower automatic permissions per tool and per agent. If you do, those actions run without a stop, and you are responsible for what they do. A tool the platform has never evaluated always fails closed to review.

You remain responsible for approvals. An action you approve is an action you took.

4.Payment, and how prepaid works

The workspace and its applications — the editors, the library, the calendar, the inbox — are included. What is metered is model usage: every generation draws against a prepaid balance at the rate shown in your billing settings.

A generation is admitted against your balance BEFORE it runs. When there is nothing to draw on, generation stops with a clear error rather than running up a debt. Nothing is billed in arrears, so there is no invoice to dispute after the fact.

Top-ups are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and unused credit does not expire while your workspace is active. Prices can change; we will tell you before a change affects you.

5.Availability, and what we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and correct, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the agent’s output will be accurate.

The agent uses third-party models. They make mistakes, including confident ones. Check work that matters before you act on it — the approval gate exists precisely so you have the chance.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

6.Ending it

You can close your workspace at any time, and export your files before you do.

We may suspend a workspace that is being used to break the law, to attack the service or its other users, or that has gone unpaid — and, except where speed matters for safety, we will say why first.

On closure we delete your workspace content within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

7.Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the product before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
